Two year program.

Initial 

• Develop and document the club's implementation strategy. 
• Conduct a tailored risk assessment
• Develop AML/CTF program based on the completed risk assessment to mitigate and manage identified risks.
• Completed 3 x tailored training sessions for frontline staff, C/O & senior management, and board.

1st year stage.

• Complete an internal review to assess the program's operational effectiveness. 
• Conduct secondary risk assessment.
• Update the AML/CTF program.
• Completed 3 x tailored training sessions for frontline staff, C/O & senior management, and board. Training based on internal review and risk assessment findings, as well as any AUSTRAC guidance issued through the first year of the new rules.

2nd year stage.

• Conduct the third risk assessment.
• Club engages a competent external independent reviewer to complete the program review after 2 years. ( this is not included but required)
• Assist the board and senior management in reviewing, implementing, and documenting any adopted recommendations from the external independent review. 
• Completed 3 x tailored training sessions for frontline staff, C/O & senior management, and board. Training based on external review and risk assessment findings, as well as any AUSTRAC guidance issued through the second year of the new rules.

Two years of direct contact support with understanding and implementing the 2025 rules.
